haha . . . just kidding there is no more just food and music!
Wednesday the sink needed to be fixed so Sergio and I went out a local restaurant for dinner – the bread and condiments given to us before dinner were delicious. The bread was served with a type of coleslaw with tomatoes, onion, garlic, the onion and garlic weren’t over powering but complemented the sweetness of the slaw – there was also a small bowl of white onions cut thin soaked in white wine vinegar with chopped cilantro . . . once a gain the onions weren’t overpowering as you would think but more sweet and interesting with the vinegar . . . I’ve got to go back and try to get the recipe . . .
While we ate and drank we enjoyed live music – I apologize for the sound and audio quality it was recorded on my phone.
